Kidney Problems

I am taking lefloxacin 750 mg since 32 days and doctor has advised me to take it more for 20 days . Is it safe for taking it for such a long time. My symptoms are now only frequent urination.

I was feeling frequent urination and i diagnosed with UTI 15days ago.  After having medicine, frequent urination stopped.
