Kidney Problems

Hi, I have two kidney stones one is right lower ureteric calculus (13mm) at crossing of iliac vessels with moderate right hydroureteronephrosis and second is 5mm calculus at lower pole of left kidney. My creatinine is 1.13, urea (urease uv) is 18 and uric acid is 8. Is there any way we can dissolve and pass it without surgery? If yes, Can we wait for the medication treatment as urologist suggested urgent surgery due to moderate swelling in right ureter? Please help me with guidance I want to avoid surgery if possible. Can ESWL help in my case?

My brother feel burning while going urine. when doing urine culture enterococcs faecalus is isolated what is the treatment for this bacteria. and how much danger this bacteria please suggest

My urine colour is dark coloured in summer season what iss the reason is their problem with kidney or gall bladder what should I do for this

Hi docs, I am 31 now. having beer very occasionally u can say once in a month. N newly married. The problem is whenever i am having beer that night i m geeting very strong back pain and also a headache at back side of head this situation is really unbearable for me. N this is happening after marriage. Can u plz suggest possible primary reasons behind of it. Is it something related kidneys?

My dad is 65yrs old and under going kidney dialysis twice a week.After dialysis also he is having swelling in his legs.Also he is not able to sleep properly in night.He feels breathless also sometimes.Shall we get freq of kidney dialysis increased.His creatine level is 6.

Is there any advance scan other than color doppler since I have done multiple time said test but other than 3mm cyst nothing comes there however intermitant pain is there since last 2 years and no relief. As per urologist such cyst does not cause pain.
