Left ball is heavy sometimes and its paining and scrotum ultrasound  is attached. why it happend is their specific reason and what is the medicational treatment.. thankyou so much for your valuable time :)

My father 76 just got diagnosed with hypotonic bladder because hospital where he was admitted (because of pneumonia) inserted the catheter wrongly and my father urine stopped and collected inside the bladder for more than 12 hours.Now he has to do intermittent self catheterization . Can anything be done to reverse this ?
