Terrible pain while passing stool
Hey Doctor - I have terrible pain while passing stool. I'm unable to even sit after passing stools. Could you please advise any medicines for this? I also have pain while passing urine. Thank you.

Please consult a local general surgeon, it could be anal fissure or haemorrhoids. Till then start some stool softener and hot Switzerland bath-2 times daily.
