Hi, I have two kidney stones one is right lower ureteric calculus (13mm) at crossing of iliac vessels with moderate right hydroureteronephrosis and second is 5mm calculus at lower pole of left kidney. My creatinine is 1.13, urea (urease uv) is 18 and uric acid is 8. Is there any way we can dissolve and pass it without surgery? If yes, Can we wait for the medication treatment as urologist suggested urgent surgery due to moderate swelling in right ureter? Please help me with guidance I want to avoid surgery if possible.
