Kidney Problems

Dialation done for uretheral stricture and taking urimax as advised by urologist. Facing issue of multiple bowl movements in morning.observed very poor urine flow during Bowl movements .is it due bowl movements or something else.

Hi doctor My fathers creatnine level has raised its 4.1 now he is under some medications which i have attached in the attachment..kindly suggest whether he can continue those medicines that are mentioned in the prescription. BUN is 50 Haemoglobin is 10.5 Potassium is 5.6 Uric acid 7.4 Urea 107 Creatnine 4.1 He is taking the attached medicines since last 3.5 months Kindly suggest whether any changes in medications are required.

This year, my periods were irregular. In Jan,2021, it was on 23rd. Feb, 20th. Mar, 30th and in Apr it happened on 14th. What should I do? Is it a matter of concern. Also frequent urination and nausea.

My father 76 just got diagnosed with hypotonic bladder because hospital where he was admitted (because of pneumonia) inserted the catheter wrongly and my father urine stopped and collected inside the bladder for more than 12 hours.Now he has to do intermittent self catheterization . Can anything be done to reverse this ?
