Renal parenchymal disease
My sister has a systemic sclerosis.she has a severe chest pain and abdominal pain.on chest x-ray and whole abdominal USG reports shown that Renal parenchymal disease.What can i do and what is my next step???

Get an ultrasound KUB and complete urine examination and renal function test with electrolytes
Do check her blood pressure to rule out hypertension which she can develop because of her underlying disease
