Bilateral renal parenchymal
My father has Bilateral Renal Parenchymal Bilateral single unilocular thin walled simple renal cortical crystsare present one in right lower pole 17 mm in diameter other in left lower pole 21 mm in diameter. No solid intramural component, internal septa or debris seen. Normal corticomedullary differentiation is lost bilaterally with increased cortical parenchymal echogenicity.
