Kidney bileteral renal disease
Hello sir,  I am Adamson from Imphal, Manipur. I have an emergency. I have a uncle who is having a bilateral renal disease along with kidney stones. He has taken test for Kidney and Utrasound.as per report there is Mald increased parenchymal echotexture with poor corticomodullery differentiation.  As per doctors suggestion they want to do biopsy to identify the disease to know further treatment. Do we need to take biopsy now or is there any other treatment to take before biopsy. Please find attached the test reports. And please let me know if I can get an appointment at the earliest for consulting this tomorrow or day after as I would like to do this treatment as soon as possible.

He is in kidney failure. Better to consult a nephrologist as early as possible. Before doing kidney biopsy , depending on clinical condition nephrologist may suggest dialysis.
