Hi There, My dad has few medicines in last week. Combiflame/Paracetamol, Azithromycin, L Hist Mont, Vitamin C for 5 day. Since this morning he is unable to pass urine. Is this side effect?

I have kidney stone and i am on medication as well but all of a sudden its paining since morning and i am taking meftal tablet to relieve the pain but after its impact, the pain is restarting... Please suggest me any quick medicine or home remedy which can help me to relieve this pain.
