Kidney Problems

I have kidney stone and i am on medication as well but all of a sudden its paining since morning and i am taking meftal tablet to relieve the pain but after its impact, the pain is restarting... Please suggest me any quick medicine or home remedy which can help me to relieve this pain. After consulting an expert Dr. from your portal, he told me that it could be a stone partical in urinary track. I am consuming a lot of water and mostly luke warm water.

I had high bp 220/110. Now it is under control. I had kidney biopsy attached and diagonosed with benign Nephrosclerosis. I have creatinine level of 2.65 - 3.00 since one month.
