Kidney Problems

Recently I did my routine checkup and in one of the reports eGFR came as 84, is it normal and should I be worried .. I do not have any kidney issues,but my uric acid stays around 7.2.

I had done some test and in that Albumin : Trace Is it alarming anything serious to worry? Plz suggest

My creatinine value is 1.14 mg/dL . Is it normal? But bacteria is present in my normal routine urine test. Is there any present of urinary track infection?

I have very small kidney stones. I'm on no medication as of now and told by doctor it can be flushed out with increase in water intake. I'm willing to take Vitamin C 500-1000 mg. Is it safe?
