Kidney Problems

Hello and warm regards to all I am facing, Frequent urination sometimes proper urine sometimes less amount no burn or pain. I visited local physician he ask me to get urinalysis.. I did it from 2 urine in his lab. It shows + protein  ( by sulphosalicylic acid) and 4-5 Hpf leucocytes ( by microscope)  in urine Is it UTI and protein in urine problem?

Frequent urination after drinking water and pain in the urine passing area ( not during urinating after that ) , please find my attached UTI report and suggest me

Kindly find my cue and urine culture and sensitivity report and could someone explain what's does wet mount shows pus cells 1-2/hpf means and why I feel most of times burning sensation in bladder even if my culture and sensitivity report is negative and this is 2nd time I have done in past 3 months and kidney function test liver function test all are normal.

No urine during the daytime but frequent at night. This is happening for the last 2 3 days. In addition, swelling in one foot.

Why does uric acid develop in kidney ? Any major source or reson behind the same ? I had kidney uric acid after which i did a couce of feburic 40, but after the cource i haven't did any blood check reports to check for the post feburic cource result , so is oyt normal or it may come back again and shall i go for the test back ?
