It is my fourth day of taking tab augmentin 625 mg due to a UTI and i am still experiencing right lower abdomen pain. Is it ok to feel discomfort on the fourth day of antibiotics treatment also? Please advise

My mother has urine retension problem since last 2 yrs PVR ultrasound was always high as a result urine infection  happened frequently and now CKD . She is diabetic and BP patient. She has been on Foley's catheter since last 15 month as a result urine infection started happening frequency and rashes injury in perinial area.. CIC is not comfortable and is cumbersome..is there any possibility for bladder reconstruction or . Pls advise.
