My mother age is 65 she diagnosed with 2.07 cm right renal cortical cyst with mildly dilated bowels loops. Can this be cured from medicines or there is a concern worry about. She is feeling back pain and stomach pain also stomuch is feeling very heavy. I have also attached the ultrasound report please suggest.

Hi, I have been suffering from mild UTI since past months. Have tried norflox, and now niftran to stop the symptoms of pelvic pain, overactive bladder and a bit of back pain and bladder pain. After taking niftran 100 mg twice a day for 6 days now thr symptoms seem to have gone except the overactive bladder. Please suggest a medicine that can help this. P.s culture reports show no bacteria but the symptoms still persisted. After niftran the symptoms have gone except for the urgency to urinate (mostly at night)

Is 7.5 urine pH in urine report is  normal at early morning what should be a ideal pH urine Any dietary changes
