Kidney Problems

My urine volume suddenly decreases to 50 ml what ever water i drink. this happens if my body sweats . if try to hydrate my body by drinking water ,i feel bloated ,i feel very cool farts ,and no urine (50 ml each time) but iam drinking 3 ltrs daily in equal proportions. i dnt knw what happened to me plz anyone help me
