Suffer from frequent urination from past 5 years and in summer go washroom 14 to 15 times a day and in winter 24 -28 times a day .KFT is normal,Bladder is normal in ultrasound,Before PVR 333cc and after PVR 187 cc

Im 36 yr old male.
Prostate is normal in size and echotexture. Prostate measures 2.6 x 2.4 x 2.2 cm and prostatic
volume is 7.5 cc. Median lobe does not show significant hypertrophy.
I have no prior surgery or issue please suggest is it normal in size

Frequent Urination - Female
My wife have frequent urination. Approx 15-20 times. She is under medication as advise by urologist. KUB and PVR are done. Residual volume is approx. 110ml.
Now doctor has advised for Cystoscopy.
So should we go ahead with Cystoscopy aur take another doctor opinion before going for this diagnostic tool.

Neurogenic bladder
Sir iam suffering from frequent urination lol incomplete bladder when I checked with local hospital said that neurogenic bladder he suggested medicine veltam s kit and veltam 0.4mg and solifenacin 10mg after using the medicine for 2 weeks no use can u pls suggest further steps cures this problem
