Kidney Problems

Hi doctors, Last week, I had uteroscopy laser stone removal treatment. Now there is a stent kept which causes pain in bladder area. Also I'm getting back pain often. How soon I can get this stent out or its good to keep the stent for 3 months? Kindly advise as I'm having severe pain in the bladder. Also, is it okay to take pain killers?

My age is 22 and my  USG report says I have multiple echogenic foci of 3mm in right kidney and of 3.5 mm in left kidney . My creatinine EGFR , Uric acid ,serum ,serum blood urea nitrogen, and urinalysis reports are normal . Kindly advise.

My mother is About 57 year old with DM +2 along with Hypertension. From Last month onwards she has been detected UTI with left kidney PHYLONEPHRITIS. Still she is under continuous Medication of antibiotics orally and by Injecting IV. Sugar was uncontrollable but know it's full under control. Now doctor has suggested for stenting. So will stenting resolve this infection. She is also in catheter last from one month. Thanks in advance.

Hii, I had mild pain in right prostrate from 2-3 days,and swelling was there.So,I was suggested to have USG Scrotum which revealed 'Right acute epididymitis and funiculitias with mild reactive right hydrocele' Please suggest treatment plan and whether it's curable or not.
