Workout after dj stent removal
Hi Doctors,
I have kidney stones and RIRS surgery was performed and DJ stent is placed. Due to infection the Stent had to be removed within 5 days of RIRS. I had uneasiness for couple of days and stone fragments came out for 2 days after stent removal. Its been close to 2 weeks I dont feel any pain, uneasiness or blood in my urine anymore and I feel completely normal. Can I start gym and do minimal workout ?. Is it OK?
