Kidney Problems

Recently done urine complete test as I got trace protein in last test which done one month ago. Again after 1 month done urine complete test . Protein : trace (10-20 mg/DL) PH level :  8  Every other is normal RBC : 0.5 WBC : 0.4 Epithelial cell : 2.6 currently breastfeeding 19 month old ,day time max 2 times and night 3 times..can it be due to dehydration or UTI!!?? Hello. 9.7 mm kidney stone was removed from left kidney thru laser surgery in July. Stent was removed in August. In right kidney 2 stones of approx. 4 mm are still there. Medications are on. Can i do some hard exercises or zumba? Or i should not do it? As i am gaining more weight
