Kidney Problems

My father had turp surgery 30 days  back after 10 days of surgery he got bleeding with urine blockage then we visited doctor for the same they removed blood Clots  then we come to home he taken rest with some uti tablets for one week....again bleeding shown in urine after one week we called doctor he suggested to take pause 500 and some UTI tablets he had taken the same. now today again bleeding coming what to do please suggest me?

I feel burning sensation after urination from last month I took flovoxat bd for three days levofloxin 500 for three days velfu 3 three days and colo cd schets but no relief my urine examination is normal usg shiws thickness of urinary wall 5mm reports enclosed kindly suggest

Normally I used to take carrot and beetroot,wheatgrass juice twice a week but recently went through viral fever and took dolo 650 and montair LC tablet .

Recently i have been peeing very frequently, although my water consumption is high, and caffeine too, but still its quite frequent it ever used to be.
