but no relief
my urine examination is normal

Your symptoms are like urinary infection.
A 3 day course of antibiotics in such a situation looks insufficient to me.
Therefore it could be a case of recurrent UTI.
Get a fresh urine routine, culture and uroflowmetry done before taking any new medication
