Kidney Problems

From past 1 weeks I'm facing frequent urination and now for last 2 days I'm having a slight lower right back discomfort not pain it's like numbness. 3 month's ago i had my gallbladder surgery and now this is happening. Is it something serious also there's nothing strange in urination like no pain or anything.

My wife age 33 had buring sensation in urine so we took urine report and it show 30-40 hpf pus cells.. no other sympotms

What size of kidney stone need surgery or another way to remove it ? I mean which size of kidney stone not pass by medicine and water ?

Multipile bilateral small to medium non obstructive renal calyceal calculi & tiny dense calyceal concretions are seen.. largest 12mm in lenght an average HU of 304 is located within inter-lower polar calyx..? Mild hepatomegaly noted with slight fatty infiltration of lower parenchyma.? Mild submucosal fatty infiltration seen within right hemicolin likely represnting sequelae of previous inflammatory insult..?

I have diagnosed with kidney stone as per report attached. I consulted 2 doctors both prescribed different medicines. One said to use medicine for 1 week and if stone didn't come out, i need surgery. (Urimax, alkacitrol) 2nd doctor said to continue medicine for 1 month and it will remove with urine. (Cystone forte, taxim o 200, aceclo spas amd Neeri syrup). Please check and suggest

Whenever I cycle for more than 20minutes I get temporary penile numbness which goes away after i stand-up or walk. Is it a concern? Should I stop cycling?

I had a 7.6mm stone stuck in my left ureter which I got to know from ct scan. There were also minor stones in both kidneys. I had rirs procedure done on one side and stent was placed on both sides. Now it's been a month. The other kidney now has one stone 5.4mm in lower calyx. Doctor is saying to get it removed by rirs again and the stents will be removed. I am very confused. Should I go for rirs for that stone or let it be there only and only get the stents removed.? Is it safe to do rirs on both kidneys if the othe stone is causing no pain and is in lower calyx. Should I get it removed? Kindly suggest.
