My father scan report..reports shows gall bladder stones.he is having pain on both sides of back.not too lower back..his BP is high 160/100( he discontinued using bp medicine for a while).is anything serious?

Hi, I consulted with various doctor for my mother's urination problem. Everyone is saying that there is a block in the urine tract. To remove the block, she has to undergo urethroplasty. My concern here is, is it safe to undergo such surgery as it is very sensitive area. And it is said that mucosa has to be taken from mouth. Will it have any side effects ? How complex the surgery is ? And what about the recovery ? Is there any other way by which we can have treatment without surgery ? Any suggestions would be more helpful ?

Hello. My daughter is 6 years old. She's been having tummy pain on and off.we sought  treatment with a gastroenterologist. All her allergy tests, iga helicobacter etc are normal. Today we gave a urine routine test and I have attached the report. I have also given the culture test today as the report had some wbc numbers that were high. I will get the culture reports only on Thursday. Would like to know if the report means anything serious or can we wait for the culture report to start treatment. She does not complain of pain or irritation while peeing. Only stomach pain before poop or gas mostly. I gave the urine test due to a gut feeling as she says pain then poops and pees as well, so wasnt sure what was causing it. Please advise if this report suggests anything serious. I'll be grateful for any advise. Thank you. She's active normally otherwise. Goes to school and says pain only once or twice a day.

Please tell me Mirago 25 mg and urimax 0.4 are same tablet. As I am facing issue since February, of not able to fully emptying bladder and urine frequency is high, initially it was started with feeling to urinate within 1 hour and sometime 30 minutes. Since all basic test done all normal, 1st urologist gave me urimax 0.4 for 1 month, then I consult with another urologist he recommend mirago 25 mg for 6 weeks.

Sir,mam Is there any medicine to remove 18mm Kidney Stone without surgery. Kindly suggest me good medicine please .I don't want to do surgery.

Please find the attached report and let me know what lifestyle changes I have to do as it is only defect and don't want to go for surgery now. Have some occasional pain some time in groin area .

4 months back I had vitamin D deficiency, It was 13.2 later based on doctor advice I took 60k vitaminD tablets weekly once for 8 weeks and stopped, I recently did vitamin D test, now my vitamin D levels are 37.7 and serum calcium levels were 10.50. is my serum calcium levels are normal or not

My urine comes many times in a day and it comes repeatedly even though I didn't drink too much water. Also in the test there is nothing coming . Pls suggest any medicine that can help to solve this problem.

Hi there, I have recently been diagnosed with 58ng PSA level after 15 days of medicine it is now 63 ng my Ct scan and Ultrasound shows an enlarged prostate 65cc . And a cist in the kidney. Sometimes I notice blood drops(1-2) in urine which is not stopping . Should I worry about cancer ? What can be the immediate steps I should take ? Is there surgery ?
