Kidney Problems

Hi, Last week I had sharp pain below my back rib and the doctor said it could be due to kidney stone and got me injected, the pain went away after and hour, but since then I always feel like peeing and there is always some kind of sensation down there. I drink lots of water nut still this sensation do not get away. Its been a week and I qm having sleepless nights due to it.

I have done my MRI pelvis, Below is one of the findings, Mildly prominent prostate with small prostatic utricle . Should I need to worry?

Hi Doctor, I got uti first time in august 2022 and second time in Dec 2022 two times it was there for one day followed by lite bleeding and I used antibiotic and it became normal. But in may 2023 when I went for complete body check I came to know that I had pus cells 15 but I was not symptomatic and again I repeated in June it was 5 and yesterday I again went for test it was 15 this time. Should I need to bother because I am not symptomatic but very rarely I feel very lite burning sensation when I relax in lower abdomen but while urinating I am totally normal Please help me in this

My mother is 71 years and she is diabetic and hypertension. Since morning she is having severe urine infection, and she is passing urine for several times but very less. And I gave citral syrup just now. Please let me know what medicine can be given now. Is norflox we can give it. She is also having irritation.

4 year old boy with mild bilateral hydronephrosis but no obstruction(left kidney more than right kidney) Will he ever outgrow it? Will this condition resolve on its own as he grows or it will be lifelong? I am worried.

My boyfriend who is now 23 had mild hydronephrosis when he was 4 years old with dilated collecting system (L more than R ) but no obstruction. I am scared. He never had any problems growing up and we did his kidney function test and urine tests that came back fine. I am so tensed if any problem would arise in his future? Hello Dr. I just got my USG done WA as I was suffering from severe pain near my kidney area. In USG, 7mm stone is found in left ureter. Please suggest if this can be treated with medicines or is it necessary to go for surgical procedure? Thanks in Advance.
