Kidney Problems

Hi Doctors I am having weak urine stream from past 8-9 months. I am having recurrent UTIs same as last year due to weak flow and urine dribbling..RGU is normal, Uroflowmetry shows weak urine flow. .Transrectal ultrasound is normal..abdomen USG is normal..I have IBS too.. alfoo 10 mg opens up my flow (but increase my heart rate) but I have pain sometimes in perinium and testicals and a heaviness in the lower stomach with weak urine flow and urgency to urinate and NOT able to control pressure and more tha 10 trips a day for urination. . what could be the reason as it seems to be a never ending problem and has majorly affected my day-to-day life. Can IBS cause recurrent UTIs and all the above symptoms? As RGU eliminates the possibility of urethral stricture..What could be the reason, please help. I had RGU done in January 2023. For how much time its valid? Thanks

If stone is stuck is tube connecting kidney n urinary bladder..will it come in ultrasound? Why CT is preferred over ultrasound if no stone comes in ultrasound

I face problems of urine on my underwear recently since last 20 days in the last 20 days I am travelling a lot for coming to office and going back with prolonged hours of sitting at office.

Since two days, I have pain in my lower back right side.. And while urinating also there is pain.. I am up since 3 am and drinking water.. Have been urinating frequently since then.. Feel discomfort and mild pain in lower abdomen.. Since, past half an hour blood in urine (like my periods) whenever I'm urinating.. Today is my 12th day and I'm not in my periods.. Lower back right side pain is not there now.. Please advise..

Noticed that my urine is foamy for past four months, however I didn't have any symptoms and my urine output is also normal. Is foamy urine serious issue.

Calculus of size measuring 3.8 mm noted in the middle calyx of the left kidney observed in the June 2023  report. Last week I took medication for a urinary infection. Now I feel sudden sharp pain in my upper left below my breast and radiates to my back and disappears. This pain is not continuous but frequently comes and goes away. Can anyone suggest this pain is due to kidney stone or signs of  any other disease?
