Prostate enlargement
My father age 52 having prostate enlargement issue from last 10 years approx. In 2017 prostate size was 60 cc . Now it's 88 cc. PSA is normal. Will the size be reduce through medications or surgery is needed in it. Please help

Does he have symptom related to difficulty passing urine. Whether he is on some medication.
Did u check his Uroflowmetry test.
