Kidney Problems

Hi team Please find attachment for your reference and guide me treatment procedure,is this treatable with medicine,

I've been facing frequent urination since last night with slight burning..it really disturbs the sleep.

At midnight I woke up for urinating and the flow speed was high. I felt a little shock kind of pain suddenly which made me slow down urination. I had kidney stone in past 5 years back but cured at that time with medicines and water. Also I have back pain near kidneys . Not sure if its back pain due to long sitting hours. Is this shock type of pain common?

Hello , I had my surgery done 10 days before today (zsr & frenuloplatsy) I had been doing dressing till day before yesterday then I was told no more dressing needed , so now as you can see there is donut shape swelling just below the glands started to occur I have no pain just itching sensation all around at times. Secondly the silicon ring has got hidden inside the swelling rolls , is that something to be concerned about? Images attached

My mother age 63 diabetic and CKD since 5 years was admitted in October for kidney infection. Had to undergo dialysis twice as creatinine reached 6.9 along with DJ STENTING. Now her creatinine is 4.8 and doctor has stopped dialysis as her urine output is now between 2 to 2.5 litres per day. Doctor has suggested laser kidney stone removal and then DJ stent can be removed. Wanted to know for how many days stent can be kept and at this stage is laser surgery is safe. Will stone removal reduce the creatinine further. I have attached CT SCAN REPORT. Thank you

My father has recently done his all-over body checkup and the doctor said the creatinine level is elevated but the report says it's under the normal range. Is further investigation required regarding it? I'm also attaching the report for evaluation.

I am 25ys old and recently done abdomen CT-Scan and got to know I have condition of Retrocaval ureter. I don't have any pain or discomfort due to the condition but my USG showed dilated kidney all the time. I did full kidney function test and DTPA scan also and my kidney was functioning normally till now(98%) as per doctor. I am thinking about having surgery for that. Is it good option to go for surgery or wait for some time? I am scared about surgery hence asking this

My Serum Creatine came 1.13. Doctor stopped fibrate that i had been taking for the past 1 year (taking Rosuvas 5 now, Lipid profile normal), normal LFT. Last year SC was 0.93. BUN, Urea, Urine RE (no traces/ absent across parameters) and uACR are all within normal range. HB 15.3, Fasting Sugar 82, BP 120/ 80. Have acidity issues frequently and take Pantakind DSR occasionally. Guess the creatine level is not a cause of concern. Kindly suggest.

My son Kiran 12 years boy, having daily bed wetting. We tried to set alaram, limiting the water intake, still bed wetting. Need your guidance.
