Kidney Problems

Hello doc, My daughter had urine infection which was detected in last month after that doc had prescribed antibiotics and had asked to do urine culture after a month...then after 2 months when we did urine culture and there is still infection, I request you to please once go through the report and let me know what is the infection and cause of the infection. It is a humble request to you to please see the report, we are so worried . Thanks in advance

My father's Creatinine levels were initially 1.3, non- diabetic. The doctor had suggested having nefrosave tablet. In the recent blood test reports the creatinine levels have gone up to 1.44. The cholesterol levels are at 216 mg/dL. Fasting sugar is now 110 which is mentioned in the pre-diabetic stage Should he continue with the nefrosave tablet and how can the creatinine levels be reduced. Please suggest. He also has hypothyroidism for which he is taking medication.

Hi, I am a 32 year old male. I had done Ultrasound KUB in May this year and there was 5.5 mm calculus found in my right kidney. Now in December, I have again done KUB and this time along with calculus, anaechoic cyst is also seen in the prostate. Please confirm what is the meaning of such a cyst and do we need any treatment for the same? I am attaching a KUB report here. Thanks.

Hello Dr I have Prostate mildly enlarged measuring 4 * 3.4 * 5.3 cms volume 38.6 cc measured in July 2023 at Ebisu Lab but in Dec 2023 it measured 20 CC at Apollo Clinic where it was mentioned it is normal ...May I know if this is concern, can it rduce in size naturally ? and What is the normal measurement and CC ???

My mother 67 years age have nocturia at night many times Her urinary bladder is distended Pus cells 5 And not any abnormalities decteted She is non diabetic but hypertensive  hypothyroidism and arthritis
