High levels in Lipid Profile & LFT
Triglycerides: 238 SGOT : 207 SGPT : 62 ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE: 129 Vitamin D : 9 These are the latest results observed in my reports. I am concerned about my LFT results as well as triglycerides. Can it be reduced without medication? I do go to the gym 3-4 days a week. Also, will whey protein intake raise the levels of SGPT and SGOT ?
