Kidney Problems

Recently we have done our routine yearly check up and in USG report of my wife, it shows that 1.2 * 1 cm size cyst at uper pole of right kidney. Is anything serious ? and what needs to be done for cyst. Rest all her reports i.e creatinine, urine , CBC are normal. She is also not having any stomach or lower back pain. Pls guide and help. My father is on rapilif - D new 8/0.5  capsule Today I bought rapilif -D 8/0.5 ,which is a tablet Pharmacist gave it to me.. Is it okay for him to take?? Same composition..but it's tablet..

I'm feeling pain near urethra. It's throbbing pain and feeling urgency to urinate. But can pass urine freely. My CUE report shows 8-10 epithelial cells, but no yeast or bacteria in urine. Is this sign of infection or anything else?

Has got 12.9mm stone in upper ureter, 3cm from renal pelvis. And 3mm stone in lower calyx. The doctor has suggested for surgery, would like to know is there any alternate way to dissolve the stone.

Around 2,3 days , at night i feel very discomfort in urination like burning and the urge to pee frequently ,some micro particles are also present  I have done a urine culture test the next day , i have attached that report. Yesterday I saw a dream and in that I peed it happened in real also my bed got wet and in real I peed in bed. This happened for the second time in 3 months. Kindly consult.
