Is there a reason to worry for yellow urine and smell? Urine test reports are normal. Sonography normal Colour change is noticed only in the first pee of the morning inspite of not taking any supplements previous night. Slight yellow colour during the day as water is consumed. Never noticed a smell before Only out of range items in blood work: Kidney function: Blood urea nitrogen- 7.7 mg/dl (ref: 7.94-20) Creatinine serum- 0.53 mg/dl (ref 0.55-2.2) Urea calculated- 16.48mg/dl (ref   17-43) Liver function: Billirubin 1.57 mg/dl (ref 0.3 to 1.2)

While passing urine my father will get blood in urine he is suffering from seizure he takes tablets Encorate 300mg Tegrital cr 200mg Epitopn 100mg

My father is having grade 1 prostate 25 grams and it usually takes him 10 15 mins to urinate. Sometimes when he eats some fatty or protein based food he has to go for frequent urination. Please suggest at this age can he go for surgery.
