Patient age is 69 years were experiencing low bp symptoms since 2-3 days visited Dr for it got admitted now bp somehow normal..spo2 level is also normal ,but showing kidney inflammation attaching reports *I don't want online consultation* as patient is admitted already and seeking treatment just want information about what treatment will be given by doctor as midlobe calculus is 10mm and another 6mm kindly plz guide if possible thank you .

I have recently been diagnosed with 'moderate bulbar structure ' through a test called RETROGRADE URETHROGRAM. doctors are advising me to have OIU and after OIU , regular self dilation . Can any doctor or patient reading this suggest me through their experiences that can it get cured by oiu then regular self dilation or I have to go for urethroplasty after a few years .

One of the UROLOGIST AND ANDROLOGIST prescribed SSRI (Paroxitine 12.5 mg ) OD for PME for 2 months , before starting I have some doubts pls clarify it 1-Paroxitine causes maximum metabolic side effects in all SSRIs so is it safe to take ? (no DM, no HTN , Dyslipidemia treated by life style changes ) 2- Will it causes changes in my behaviour as it increases the serotonin ? 3- How long I need  to take SSRI ? 4- Max dose for PME and how to stop it ? 4-After stopping it ,will it cause any psychotic effect ?

Having frequent urination, light dull back pain with all blood and USG reports normal except a simple cortical cyst measuring 1.67 *1.42 CM is noted in inter pole cortex of left Kidney. Also on hypertension medicines for few years. Please suggest any medication is needed or just wait and watch.

I was having weak urine flow so I consulted a urologist at his clinic. He told me to do UROWFLOWMETRY, Ultrasound abdomen,RGU XRAY, URINE CULTURE, URINE ROUTINE. all the test were normal but in the ultrasound they said my prostate is mildly enlarged 23 ml. Doctor advised me to take desperzyme tab, urisol, respilax 100 and alfoo. My ultrasound was not done properly at the hospital. My age is only 24. I didn't believe my prostate is enlarged. So I did ultrasound again 2 times at two different hospitals. In both the reports they said my prostate size is normal. I want to show the reports to the doctor but he is unavailable till Jan 6. I searched in internet and got to know that alfoo tab is for prostate enlargement. I am confused whether I should keep taking alfoo tab Since now I know my prostate is normal in size. Will there be any harmful effects if I take alfoo ? Pls anyone help me

I am having urinary tract infection. I consulted a urologist he told me to take desperzyme tab,urisol, respilax 100 , alfoo tab and CRANMAN DM SYRUP. I don't know how to take CRANMAN DM SYRUP. It should be taken directly or by mixing with water ? Pls someone help me
