Kidney Problems

I have irritation in urethra and urinary frequency for many years, so I was prescribed whole abdomen usg and urine test, my abdomen gave normal report except fatty liver grade 2 infiltration and my urine test showed pus cells 5-7 hpf, earlier as well I had kub usg and urine report in which kub report was normal and urine report showed bacteria, I took fosfomycin also for it but no relief was delivered, what could be the reason and sti or uti? (I have pcos and constipation also)

Almost 90 days passed after my RIRS SURGERY yesterday i when i am urinating a 2mm stone s came. It is normal or again i formed stone but no pain no burning sensation while urinating. Plz tell me abt this

In my urine test report epithelial cell 1-2 and pus cell 1-2 all other parameters are ok also no microbial growth was seen.sometime I feel slight burning after urination.does it indicate any infection??plz help me.

I am having passable urethral stricture in bulbar urethra with Badly unhealthy mucosa while using cystoscope using 20f during RGC procedure. Almost 90 days passed my urine flow is good normaly i flow urine around 400ml in 16sec. Is my stricture will heal or will further develop. If am having stricture means this much urine flow is possible? Thanx in advance...
