Severe pain with vomiting strongly indicates a ureteric calculus, meaning a stone is likely stuck in the ureter, causing intense pain. He needs a thorough evaluation, including scans, blood, and urine tests. Taking medications and waiting for the stone to pass is pointless. For symptomatic relief, kindly vist ER for pain killers. Or consult an online urologist for a prescription.
