Last 8 days ago I found a worm in urine which was black in colour. It was moving , that's why i am sure that it is a worm. How to find the cause and the remedy.

S creatinine is increasing (6.6)
The latest test of s creatinine shows 6.6 and doctor said to do dialysis immediately. But my father is not facing any problem regarding urine. No other symptoms like muscle cramps, chest pain, stomach pain is showing. So i want to know that is it necessary to do dialysis immediately?
