Kidney Problems

I am having lower left abdominal pain. I found blood is coming in urine since noon. I can beer the pain.

Burning sensation in the urinary tract..mainly during peeing...the urine is very hot

Constant urination and feel the urge to always urinate, no pain associated with peeing.

Its paining while toilet what to do from last two days and so much pain so please tell me what can i do ?
