My husband has been having muscle spasms in his arms and legs and slurred speech in the past month. For the past two nights he has wet the bed.

Get clinical physical examination done by  a general physician,/Neurologist to look for a  clinical abnormality to explain all the symptoms.treatment as per clinical evaluation findings.
