Hi, nocturnal enuresis persisting till ur age needs treatment. Initially non medicinal means should be tried failing which some medication might be needed.

Next Steps

U need a thorough evaluation by a urologist to ascertain the cause. Limit evening fluid intake. Urinate before going to bed. Use an alarm to wake u at night so u can go and pass urine before it leaks.
