Kidney Problems

From past couple of days I am feeling slight burning sensation after pee. It affecting me mentally also, as I am constantly thinking about this. Please advise me to whom to consult.

On doppler . both sepermatic cord are showing grossly dilated Veins, more than 3mm Rt. 5.6mm & Lt. 5.4mm. S/O Varicocele

I get urge to pee but when I go for pee it's take time to come out & I need to apply more pressure internally to pee.

I have done my grandmother some test and S.creatinine is 1.75 and PUS cell. 4-6. Please advise us what should we do.. 4 Views

Swallow body parts, last week he got degune, now urine secrction is more one day 6,7 time secrection

Hello sir , my mother is undergoing dialysis and reports are showing her veins are not suitable for fistula. Our nephrologist is suggesting to go for vein grafting. When I consulted other vascular surgeons they are little hesitated about this vein grafting. Plz suggest your recommendation.

USG Report highlighted 2 things 1. Gall Bladder: Tiny polyp/cholesterosis, (maximum 2mm to 3mm in diameter) is seen at lower end of gall bladder lumen in the anterior gall bladder wall just above the septa. 2. Mild right sided hydronephrosis with hydro-ureter due to calculus measuring (0.6 cm) in right vesico-ureteric junction. what's implication?

Whenever I pee my clit burns and has discomfort afterwards and slight itchyness

I have a constant pain in space between Anus and scrotum. The pain spreads through my right scrotum.
