Kidney Problems

Pateint is skin allergic, is diabetic since last ten years, has body swelling, pain in hip area, treated with hyponitremia recently.

I have been having protein leakage in my urine since long. Have done all the required blood test. It's all normal. Also done heart and kidney ultrasound it's al good. Doctor said me to do biopsy to detact whether there is any kidney desease. Is it a thing to worry about cancer ?

Got a complete set of tests (CBC,Thyroid, Sugar, Urine) and showed 20-25 pus cells. I was having severe lethargy but no fever or abnormal symptoms.
