Blood urea & cretinine are increased
My age is 43, I have high blood pressure, for last one year suffering from high uric acid, blood urea & cretinine. Uric acid is under control due to medication but urea & cretinine is still not controlled.
Medicine taking Nodosis DS, Amloprass 5, Febutas 40 for last one year.

On logical interpretation of the details provided by you, it seems that you are having chronic kidney disease which is nothing but a permanent form of kidney dysfunction. This is a progressive disease and hence your Serum Creatinine and blood Urea are not getting controlled.
Next Steps
It would be of more information if you could add about kidney sizes and CUE reports as these two parameters are of invaluable importance in planning further therapy.
Health Tips
Reduce animal protein intake to the best possible extent to retard the further progression of this disorder. With proper diet restrictions and optimum medical care, the progression can be retarded.
