Hi there my dad's blood urea has reached 140 level he is also a diabetic patient but m tensed a lot wht are the things to be avoided wht fruits and vegetables should be use medicine are prescribed by the doctor bt what necessary steps should be taken care of he is 60 yrs old guide pls

Most Vegetables can be taken... Can take fruits with low potassium- apple , pineapple, guava, Papaya, and pears...
