Kidney Problems

I have fatty liver for the last 6months and my skin darkened. When i touch below the belly button, it gives me pain. I also have a problem emptying bowels. An abdominal USG gave results of fatty inflitration and kidney stones of very small size

USG Scan confirms the Left kidney stone which measures 5.2 mm and slightly hydroureteronephrosis, so that horrible pain is facing, later by doctor Suggestion am taking antibiotics also, Is it possible to remove by tablet only or any surgery I have to undergo.

My mother has a lump in stomach (left side).. who should i consult.. Gynacoelogist or surgeon?
