Vomiting 3-4 times in one night
My mother age is 55 years, and in recent blood test says that creatinine is 2.35 mg/dl. The doctor suggested to do sonography, so we did it and reports says "Both Kidneys mildly small with increased cortical echogenicity and altered C/M diff". I don't know what does it mean. Can you please guide what disease are there and what to do next.

Sorry to know about your problem. I think your mother has developed chronic kidney disease. She might require a consultation with nephrology consultant. She would require strict changes in diet pattern and close follow up
