Kidney Problems

I have having. Right side Testical Pain from 3 days. nothing any other symtoms .I have Consume Very heavy alcohol

My mother aged 60 needs to urinate several times during the more than 10. she has developed edema in both of her foot. She has Blood pressure and Sugar and on medicine since 8 to 10 years. She is taking Reclimet for sugar and Stamlo-T for BP. Her BP and Sugar seems to be under control. She is barely able to walk.

Urine not coming out naturaly from bladder ,with cathedral is coming what is the cause and what action can be taken

My wife is facing muscle spasm after finishing her urination. And she feels that urination is not completed and go to washroom frequently. She tried alkasol syrup and urikind tablet for a week. But the problem is still there. What should we do... Can we try medication which cleanse the urinary flow and stop this spasm. Or do we think abt any infection...she had suffered from urine infection 10 years ago..

Should i still take Rowatinex for the .42cm lithiasis on my Right Kidney? Based on my ultrasound results the impression there is nephrolithiasis on the right kidney

I am getting a constant urge of urination As soon as I consume water I get a immediate urge of urination within few minutes. Even after I don't urinate I get the constant urge to urinate . Please suggest
