Right abdominal pains
I`ve been having this severe pains in the right side, i was ask to do scan and the scan result was that it is kidney infections,please what drug or what can i use to cure kidney infection,thank you.

Kidney infection is called pyelonephritis,
May be short term(acute) or long term(chronic). causes and treatment may be different in different condition.
Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the culture and sensitivity test done.treatment as per your clinical evaluation and investigation report
