Kidney Problems

I've had kidney stones before. It went away on its own. This time it's not a severe pain but a light annoyance in the same area. This has been going on for a full day. Probably started after I went to the gym.

I've been having pain under my breast(the upper part of my belly that is just below the centre part of my breast)

I can't understand what to do? In last September I got with a surgery ureterscopy after that bow i'm in mumbai and i suffer a little pain last night.. And when go to dr. He told me to have a sonography.. In report ( attached) Please tell me what should i do.. Here in mumbai i live alone for a job purpose.. Please prescrive me a dr. Whose can help me and my stones toh get cure fast..

My wife is suffering with papillary carcinoma in urinary bladder and she has gone with TURBT in August 2016 and now she is taking homeopath like cantheris, sepia, belladona uva ursi etc. but at present the problem is continue burning pain in urine with blood clots pain in left side in stomach, thigh and also sometimes in heart

My grandpa have tumour in the urinary bladder and he got over 4 surgeries on scrapping it .it is on the fourth stage.we consulted to many surgeons they are recommending radio or chemo therapy for temporary relief.The option for the permanent recovery is bladder removal but my grandapa is 82 years old but he have no other problems like bp or high or low sugar level or any other problems.His weight is 68 kg and 5feet 6inchs.Can you help me to find the perfect treatment
