Kidney Problems

I had kidney stones about  2 weeks ago, it was flushed via saline treatment , i had back pain during that time aswell and from then the back pain reduced quite a bit I'm taking ample water atleast 4 litres a day Now again it has started , I'm afraid the kidney stones might come back as i have back pain again and it's not reducing I'm able to  see mucous and blood in motions yesterday same as i had when i had kidney stones Is it possible a kidney stone can form within this short span of time again , i kept taking ample amount of water and juices Please advise on what to do and how to avoid it in future Thanks Kusuma
