Kidney stone

I was diagnosed with 5mm stone in upper uratus..was taking barbaris.two days back felt some bleeding in URIN .now URIN is clear.got ultrasound.Dr. said stone is not visible in upper uratus .lower uratus is not clear not able to trace..there is some swelling in right kidney..I am taking contiflo and mox ..please advise
